Terms of Service
Sponsors and CROs pay for platform access through subscriptions. Core participation is free forever for Sites and Professionals, with no membership fees, core-access fees, commissions or deductions from earnings. Marketplace introduction acceptance expresses interest and willingness to connect only; it is not a binding study contract, enrollment commitment or obligation to perform services. Parties manage their own clinical operations and contracting.
These terms describe ZAGGED CR marketplace for Sponsors/CROs, Sites, and independent clinical-research Professionals.
Marketplace role
ZAGGED CR provides persistent intelligence, deterministic explainable discovery, verified information, working-relationship commitments, success criteria, objective performance evidence, and an off-platform obligations ledger. Participants make their own decisions, communicate independently, and enter agreements directly with one another.
ZAGGED CR does not assemble teams, decide whom anyone should hire, provide regulatory advice, or operate clinical studies.
Evidence and matching
Self-reported intelligence is labeled as such. Verification records preserve provenance and rotation. Relationship evidence preserves the original expectation, actual result, retrospective interpretation, completion or early termination, and factual obligation behavior. No opaque reputation score is used. Matching is deterministic and explainable; any data-entry assistance does not decide runtime matches.
Off-platform obligations
ZAGGED CR does not hold, escrow, release, transfer, or process relationship funds. Parties arrange payment directly outside the Platform. The obligations ledger records agreed accountability, payment reports, receipt confirmations, and disputes. Closing a commitment does not mark an obligation paid.
Identity verification
Professional identity verification may be required for independent verification eligibility. The identity provider processes identity documents and ZAGGED CR stores the resulting status and audit reference. The invitation-only pilot uses independent manual review; no platform payment processing is activated.
Accounts and responsibility
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only the organization and study contexts for which you are currently authorized. Participants remain responsible for their agreements, regulatory obligations, professional licenses, and submitted information.
