Privacy Policy
ZAGGED CR stores the information needed to authenticate users, maintain participant intelligence, run authorized deterministic discovery, preserve verification provenance, and record relationship accountability.
Information collected
Accounts include name, email, password hash, organization memberships, and current authority context. Participants may submit structured Site, Professional, or Sponsor/CRO intelligence, credentials, documents, Study Needs, and relationship records. Identity verification uses an external identity provider; ZAGGED CR stores status and audit references and may store documents submitted through the separate manual review process.
How information is shared
Information is shown only within the authorization boundaries of a legitimate opportunity, invitation, commitment, verification workspace, or organization membership. Private Study Needs, documents, package contents, obligation details, and unrelated tenant records are not disclosed merely because a link exists.
Objective records
Audit history, verification provenance, criteria, outcomes, retrospectives, commitment lifecycle, and factual obligation states are preserved for accountability. Self-reported intelligence remains labeled self-reported and is not converted into a score.
Payments and identity
ZAGGED CR does not hold or transfer relationship funds. Parties arrange payments outside the Platform; the obligations ledger records agreement and reporting facts. The invitation-only pilot uses independent manual identity review. Introduction contact exchange requires both participants? consent and current authority.
Security and retention
Passwords are hashed, access is authenticated with expiring tokens, and authority is checked live. Audit and relationship records are retained as required to preserve provenance and accountability.
