One inventory. Reusable area packages.

Prepare your inventory privately while account verification is pending. Your site chooses contributors, reviewers and publishers. Account verification confirms the operation and representative authority, not clinical governance or capability verification.

Do not submit patient-identifiable information. Core Site participation is free forever. Package preparation does not guarantee revenue.

1. Operation identity and team

One profile per distinct physical operation. An address or tax identifier alone does not identify a site. If another account already represents your operation, ask its owner to add your verified account; do not create another site. Potential duplicates receive review, never automatic merging.

Tax and authorization documents are private to the owner and account reviewer. Do not upload them as capability evidence. Submit current documents after changing the operation profile.

Clear all permissions to revoke inventory access. Existing site owners retain their authority.

You select the reviewers. No specific title or PI approval is imposed. Without this option, an authorized publisher reviews and confirms the content.

Only facts you have made non-private are considered. This does not publish your identity or evidence, and you can turn participation off at any time.

This is separate from anonymous matching. Detailed views include only my public Site name, broad region and immutable owner-published previews; they never include private facts, evidence files or account documents.

2. Record each capability once

Existing historical facts keep their prior visibility. New master facts stay private; selected area versions are prepared separately. Independent verification remains a distinct workflow.

3. Reuse facts and evidence

Links are not fetched or embedded. The external owner can change or remove the video; a frozen version records the link, not immutable video bytes.

4. Prepare an area package

Drafts reference the master facts. Shared edits flag affected drafts. Frozen versions never change. These versions remain private preparation artifacts; public listing, licensing and payments are not enabled here.
